Stakeholders' opinions and matters they pointed out

Kahoko Tsunezawa  Chief executive officer  KIDSLINE Inc.

The ORBIS mission is "continuing to develop a beautiful everyday culture from a viewpoint that does not adhere to common sense." I wonder how many of your employees identify with this mission in the true sense and translate it into action.
I think it may be a good idea for you to execute plans that will give your employees a constant desire to change things, such as a contest for business plans.

Keiichi Ushijima  Principal fellow  Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC

It makes no sense to try and protect the present organization because the world cannot stay the same for 10 years. I think that conditions that allow new ideas and enable people to say things freely from the bottom to the top are indispensable for changing an organization. In addition to this, I feel that it is essential for the top executives to stick with their idea of what their company should offer and take actions based on their view of what the company should do now for that purpose.
